Sunnah prayer Last Friday-(Thursday Night) of Ramadhan

The Sunnat prayer done in the Last Friday of Ramadhan
from Mawlana Shaykh Adnan Kabbani

**The Sunnah prayer done in the Last Friday night (meaning Thursday night)  Ramadhan***

The following prayer is to be done on the Night of the last Friday in Ramadhan-(meaning Thursday Night in western terms as in Islam the Night comes first), it equals a thousand months of worship, it covers all the worship one has missed in one’s lifetime.

Sayyidina Abu Bakr Siddiq (ra) said that this was a Sunnah prayer done to atone for all the past prayers that we missed since we were born. It is was equivalent to 400 years of missed past prayers, and Sayyidina Ali (ra) said that it could even be rewarded as 1000 years of missed prayers. When asked what the excess years are for, since we live for only 60+ years, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said that it will be used to atone for the missed prayers of our parents and ancestors, as well as for people in our town or village.

It is a four raka’at prayer prayed with one tashahud and one salam at the end (the is no tashahud after two raka’ats, just continue from the 2nd to the 3rd raka’at WITHOUT reading ‘At-tahiyyatul…’.

It is prayed with the intention: I am praying this sunnah/nafil prayer, as atonement all the prayers I have missed in my lifetime since the day I was born, till this moment.

In each and every raka’at;
Surah Fatihah once, & Surah al-Qadr-(Surah 97) 15 times, then Surah al-Kauthar-(Surah 108) 15 times.

Then read; Innallaha wa mala'ikatahu yusalluna 'alan-Nabiyy, ya ayyuha ladhina amanu, sallu 'alayhi wa sallimu taslima.

Then recite 100 Salawat/Darood Shareef upon Rasulullah (peace be upon him).
Finally, recite the following dua’a 3 times

Salah al-khusama done Last Friday of Ramadan

(Salah al-khusama) done Last Friday of Ramadan (after jum'ah before maghrib)
by Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani

Before entering Jannah the removing of Ghill and "adversaries in litigation-(Salah al-khusama) done Last Friday of Ramadan (after jum'ah before maghrib) to be saved at maqam Qantarah-(the last check point place before trying to enter jannah)

Before entering Jannah the removing of Ghill and (Salat al-khusama) and to be saved at maqam Qantarah
"And We remove whatever (Ghill-rancour/holding a grudge, resentment) may be in their hearts.(which they had, if at all, in the life of this world); rivers flowing under them, and they will say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has guided us to this, never could we have found guidance, were it not that Allah had guided us! Indeed, the Messengers of our Lord did come with the truth." And it will be cried out to them: "This is the Paradise which you have inherited for what you used to do." (7:43)

For those getting ready to enter Jannah, Allah will extract out that which is impure in their hearts, which is Ghill: “Ghill” is those resentments, which we have hidden deep in our hearts that we do not show. During life we collect resentments in our hearts. Sometimes we do not show our resentments but they reside deep within our hearts. These include the feelings of resentment aroused by envy especially when someone gets Allah’s favours. Those who disobey Allah and keep envy, arrogance and other negative emotions in their heart. Those doing so will be dipped in the fire of Hell to remove impurities of their hearts. Purification of the heart in should be do in this dunya, as only those with a cleansed and purified heart will enter Jannah.

The Boundary or Arch bridge (Qantarah)
The prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam said: “The believers will eventually be saved from the hell-fire and come to a boundary (Qantarah) between paradise and hell-fire. Here they will recompense one another for the injustices and crimes with which they transgressed each other in this world. Then when they are refined and cleansed, they will be admitted into paradise. By Him in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam, one of you will know his place of residence in Paradise better than his place of residence in this world.” [Al Bukhari]

**The ritual prayer for one's adversaries in litigation (Salah al-khusama) Salah for last Friday of the month of Ramadan and be saved at maqam Qantarah**

(Salah al-khusama litigation means; The process of taking legal action, settling dispute, legal process, prosecution, bringing of charges)

After Praying for Litigation (Salah al-khusama) *see process below* this Salah is for the last Friday of the month of Ramadan, then he must donate the spiritual reward [earned by his performance of this prayer] to his adversaries in litigation [khusama'], so that Allah may satisfy their claim on the Day of Resurrection [Yawm al-Qiyama].

The Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) has said: "When the believers cross [the traverse over] Hell-fire, they will be stopped at a (small arched bridge, Qantarah), before entering the Garden, and will be given (litigation) retribution for injustices between them until they become purified. Then they will be permitted to enter Jannah or Paradise. So, by the One in Whose Hands is my soul, they will know their way to their homes in Jannah, better than they know their ways to their homes in this world." [Al-Bukhari]

Thus, Al-Qantarah is a small bridge after the Sirat (the bridge) that the believers will have to cross before entering Jannah (Paradise). Allah, the All-Mighty, will ask the believers to settle their issues here (Litigation will being), right in front of the gates of the Paradise. And your good deeds will continue to go to the person you've wronged till they forgive you, and if you run out of good deeds, their bad deeds will go over to you. Now, is that fight really worth it? (Salah al-khusama) saves you from this and is this Salah is prayed on last Friday of the month of Ramadan..

Save yourself while you're still a traveller in this world and reconcile with the folks you know you need to. Send your apologies. Free yourself of this burden and save yourself before it's too late. (with Praying (Salah al-khusama) we will inshallah be saved from that station and distress.

*The ritual prayer for one's adversaries in litigation (Salah al-khusama) Salah for last Friday of the month of Ramadan) by Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani teaches Sunnah prayer, Salah al-Khusama, that is to be done on the last Friday of Ramadan.

It is a 4 raka’at prayer, done at one go with one salam at the end, that is done, so that the reward of it is donated to all people whom you have harmed and sinned against, so that Allah will use the reward to satisfy their claims on the Day of Resurrection, if He so wills. It is done as follows:

1st raka’at: Surah al-Fatihah, followed by Surah al-Ikhlas (Qul hu Allau ahad) 11 times
2nd raka’at: Surah al-Fatihah, followed by Surah al-Ikhlas (Qul hu Allau ahad) 10 times, and Surah al-Kafiroon, 3 times
3rd raka’at: Surah al-Fatihah, followed by Surah al-Ikhlas (Qul hu Allau ahad) 10 times, and Surah al-Takathur (Alha kumu takathur), 1 time. Surah al-Takathur Surah 102.
4th raka’at: Surah al-Fatihah, followed by Surah al-Ikhlas (Qul hu Allau ahad) 15 times, and Ayatul Kusi 1 time.

Then donate the spiritual reward of the performance of this prayer, to all those enemies or all people whom you have harmed and sinned against (adversaries in litigation) who will have a claim against you on Judgement Day, al-khusama, so that Allah ta’ala may satisfy their claim on the Day of Resurrection, Yawm al-Qiyamah, if Allah so Wills. (this will happen at maqam Qantarah)

This salat must be done on 7 specific occasions:
* First night of Rajab
* Night of the middle of Sha’ban (15th Sha’ban)
* Last Friday day of Ramadhan) - between Dhuhr and Asr
* Eid Fitr day (1st Shaawal)
* Eid Adha ( 10th Zulhijjah)
* Day of Arafah (9th Zulhijjah)
* On the day of Ashura (10th Muharram)

Day 29 Ramadhan - Step 31

Day 29 Ramadhan - Step 31 - Sufi Secrets & Gems of Ramadhan by ~Sajad Ali~
Ramadhan has 29/30 and the Eve of Eid is called Layla Jai'za-Night of Reward. 'This night is referred to Layla tul Ja'iza (night of prize giving).' The night of Eid is a night, which invocation (dua) is not turned back. Its an opportunity  that should be utilized fully to fulfil one's material and spiritual needs. Therefore, it is desirable to perform nafl prayers in this night. The Prophet, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, is  reported to have said: "Whoever stands up (in worship) in the nights preceding the two Eids expecting rewards from his Lord, his heart will not die when the other hearts will die." Hadith

It had been the practice of the Prophet, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, that he would not sleep in the  night preceding the day of Eid-ul-fitr. This night has been named in a Hadith as the Night of Reward (Laylatul Jaiza). Almighty bestows his rewards on those who have spent the month of Ramadan  abiding by the dictates of Shari'ah, and all their prayers in this night are accepted.

The Prophet, peace and mercy be upon him, said, “There are five nights in which du’a (supplication) is not rejected and the Night Jum'ah (Thursday Tonight) is one of those Powerful nights full of blessing.

The Prophet, peace and mercy be upon him, said,“There are five nights in which du’a (supplication)
is not rejected";
1. the eve of Rajab - Layla Ragha'ib-Night of Wishes
2. the 14th night of Sha’aban - Layla Bara'ah-Night Of Salvation
3. the eve of Friday - Layla Jummah-Night of Friday Jum'ah (Thursday Nights)
4-5. on the eve of Eid Al-Fitr, and on the eve of Eid Al-Adha.” Layla Jaiza - Night of (Al-Suyuti in his Al-Jami').

Every Thursday is Holy, and you'll find most if not all Sufi Tariqahs gather on Thursday Nights around the world. Due to the fact its (Islamically Friday Night)

Note about deeds: "One's deeds are shown to Allah on Monday and Thursday, and they are shown to Prophets as well as fathers and mothers on Fridays, at which time they rejoice for the good deeds, and the latter increase the brightness and light of their faces. Therefore be wary of Allah and do not harm your dead." It is mentioned in a Hadith that the person who fasts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays of every sacred month, he will receive the reward of making ibadah for 700 years.

Get your wages the night before Eid from Allah
“When it is the last night (of Ramadan), they are forgiven, all of them. So a man from the people said, “(Laylatul Qadr - Is it the Night of Power?” And the Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace) replied, “No, do you not see that if labourers work, when they finish their tasks, they are given their wages?”

Day 28 Ramadhan - Step 30 - Sufi Secrets & Gems of Ramadhan by ~Sajad Ali~

"Fast to be healthy," said the Prophet (peace be upon him)

Holy Hadith of Prophet ﷺ: Fast to be Healthy
Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Haqqani Aug 03, 2011

The  benefits of fasting is it allows the body to heal itself in a manner that effects the whole organism, or holistically. It is a re-balancing that occurs on all levels of our being and allows the innate intelligence of the body to foster healing in its own appropriate way. Fasting is  Healing Therapy for the body. Galen, Hippocrates, Paracelsus and many other great authorities on medicine prescribed fasting to cure ills.

Fasting is recommended as one of the most effective ways to eliminate serious diseases: one of the most common cause of all diseases is the accumulation of waste and poisonous matter in the body which can result from overeating and eating toxic processed foods.

Physicians today acknowledge the many benefits of fasting that ensure health and the soundness of one's body and mind. Some of these positive points have a direct influence on psychology and physique of the fasting individual. Including those of the digestive systems, such as chronic stomachache, inflammation of the colon, liver diseases, indigestion, and conditions such as obesity, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, asthma, diphtheria and many other maladies.

Islam announces fasting not as a negative act of humble contrition or penance, but as a practice possessing scientific significance serving to improve the welfare of body and spirit. Also fasting helps learn self-restraint from moral indecency by controlling two aspects of the human body, which are the root causes of human downfall, namely the stomach and the private parts.

A great deal of ailments originate from stomach indigestion. This is why the Messenger of Allah ﷺ says: "The son of Adam will never fill a container with something worse and evil than his stomach. It will suffice him some morsels (food) that will keep him on his feet, otherwise, he should divide his stomach into three parts: one third for his food, the other for his drink and the other third for his breath." (Ibn Hibban)

The saying indicates that the stomach is the origin of harmful bacteria. Stomach and intestines are first to be affected by fasting. They receive a complete rest. If they have been over worked, the rest they receive during the fast strengthens them. Ulcers and inflammation are frequently healed. A distended or prolapsed stomach shrinks to its normal size and resumes its original position. Morbid sensibilities and appetites are overcome.

The stomach is a muscle, and this muscle requires rest like any other muscle in the body. The only way in which the stomach can get rest is to deprive it of food, and when this is done, it at once begins to repair any injury done to it and to recuperate from the excessive work which had previously been thrown upon it.

As soon as the stomach empties, a general re-constructive process begins. Broken down cells are replaced by healthy ones, being nature's method of repairing the diseased or injured part of the organism. "This replacement of tissues means that in time a NEW STOMACH is created - a new stomach in every sense of the word - and this stomach is enabled to digest food for long periods of time unless it too is abused."

The spleen, liver and kidneys derive striking benefits from the fast, though they may have added work thrown upon them during the early days of a fast. An enlarged spleen rapidly reduces in size. Abscesses of the liver and Kidney infections have been completely cured. These results are not surprising when we appreciate the fact that the toxic encumbrance of the liver lessens, it also reduces irritation to the kidneys.

The lungs are the direct purifiers of the blood they are among the first organs too feel the beneficial effects of fasting. Any congestion of the lungs, is rapidly removed during the early days so that a free and unobstructed passage of air is readily provided and the feeling of clearness and the ability to talk and sing, together with a clearer range and depth of tone are sometimes observed in patients who are fasting.

It has been recently discovered that fasting renews the youth of all the cells of the bodily functions that distinguish youth from old age. Fasting enhances all of man’s mental powers. Memory is strengthened and by association, powers of reasoning are improved. And often restores the sense of taste, sometimes entirely lacking or dulled. Inflammation of the bones and the teeth are greatly benefited by fasting.

Fasting is the greatest blood purifier. By the fast, the body burns the most useless and toxic materials contained in the blood stream and body. These non-assimilated food materials and wastes block and choke the small blood vessels and congest the lymph vessels.

Therefore, when you are fasting during the month of Ramadhan or otherwise, you must remember these processes are taking place within the body during the fast giving a rejuvenating and revitalising effect.

More benefits of  Fasting
Being deprived of needed nutrients, like fats and protein during a long fast, the body, by the process of self-digestion feeds upon its own reserves and burns and digests its own tissues. The secret of the effectiveness of fasting as a curative and rejuvenation method is that during a long fast the body will first decompose and burn those cells and tissues that are diseased, damaged or dead.

The essential tissues and vital organs, the glands, the nervous system and the brain are not damaged or digested in fasting.  Whilst fasting, the building of new and healthy cells are accelerated by the amino acids released from the diseased cells.

The capacity of the elimination organs, kidneys, liver, lungs and the skin is greatly increased as they are relieved of the usual work of digesting food and eliminating the wastes and quickly expel old accumulated wastes and toxins. Fasting offers a rest to the whole system and as a result, the digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients is greatly improved after fasting.

The stopping of both food and water creates a special kind of stress in the body, prompting it urgently to come up with both nutrients and water, initiating the process of making both internally. During fasting, the body survives on so-called endogenous or metabolic water, produced internally as a result of metabolizing fat tissue. Unlike any exogenous water, this metabolic water is of superb quality, produced by the hard work of our own cells. It literally erases any negative information imprint which the body had before the fast, allowing cells to experience a kind of a rebirth, as a result.

Under fasting conditions, even the skin changes its function, from being an organ of elimination to serving as an organ of absorption, taking in any available water from the air and supplying it to healthy cells. Besides water, the body during fasting absorbs atmospheric carbon dioxide and nitrogen to manufacture its own amino acids. Since there is no water to flush out the endogenous toxins, these are eliminated by means of a unique mechanism, dormant during less rigorous modes of fasting: Each cell, in effect, becomes the furnace that burns up its own waste.

Inflammation cannot exist without water. Microorganisms need water to survive. These facts taken together make fasting a highly effective tool to address acute health issues and degenerative conditions. Such a fast stimulates the immune system, activates the body’s anti-inflammatory mechanisms, purifies the blood and clears the blood vessels, as well as cleanses the GI tract and renews its mucosal lining.

Fasting also eliminates parasites and promotes regeneration of healthy tissues. And this isn’t even a complete list of benefits. Every cell of the body literally cleans house. Only the strongest and healthiest of cells survive in such extreme conditions, while cysts and benign tumors dissolve as a result of autolysis, a process by which the body sacrifices its sickest cells for its own survival.

Commentray of Surah Layla tul Qadr - the Night of Power and what does Laylatul Qadr Mean?

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
1. We have sent down this (Qur'an) in the Night of Glory
Inna anzalnahu fee laylatialqadri

“Allah sent the Qur’an down all at once from the Al Lawh al Mahfuz-Preserved Tablet to the House of Might (Bayt al-’Izzah) also called  Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur, which is in the heaven. The angels worship Allah in Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur and perform Tawaf around it just as the people of the earth perform Tawaf around the Ka`bah. Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur is the Ka`bah of those who reside in the seventh heaven. During the Isra' journey, the Prophet peace be upon him saw sayyiduna Ibrahim Al-Khalil, who was reclining with his back on Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur. It was Ibrahim who built the Ka`bah on earth, and surely, the reward is compatible with the action. Al-Bayt Al-Ma`mur is parallel to the Ka`bah; every heaven has its own house of worship, which is also the direction of prayer for its residents. The house that is located in the lower heaven, is called Bayt Al-`Izzah.

Then it came down in parts to the Messenger of Allah based upon the incidents that occurred over a period of twenty-three years.”

nazzala which indicates  gradually, while the Torah and the Gospel were revealed to the Prophets Musa (Moses) and ‘isa (Jesus) at one time, as reflected by the form anzala.

Laylatul Qadr  - Night of Power
Qadr - meaning nobility/honor/dignity  and constriction / congestion
It’s called this because so many angels are sent down to the Earth on this Night, that the Earth is filled and congested / packed with angels on this Night. thus its power.

2. And what do you know what the Night of Glory is?
Wama adraka ma laylatualqadri

to surprise you and give you awe.
What in the world could possibly give you a clue to what the Night of Power is?

By Allah repeating the words ‘Night of Qadr’ again in the 2nd ayah, it shows the Night’s strong importance. Then for Allah to repeat the words; ‘Night of Qadr’ (Laylatul Qadr) in the 3rd ayah again, shows how extremely important and majestic this Night is in the sight of Allah. The only time something is repeated for the 3rd time in a surah is in Surah Qadr. This gives the Night of Power a strong emphasis.

The wisdom behind not knowing when the Night of Qadr is;
- Laziness – people would only worship in this night and not in any of the other nights of the year.

3. The Night of Glory is better than a thousand months.
Laylatu alqadri khayrun min alfi shahrin (83.3)

“There was a man from the Children of Israel who would pray all night and then fight Jihad against the enemy all day, and he did this for a thousand months. Allah then revealed the verse: “The Night of Qadr is better than a thousand months...” So, praying on this night is better than the actions of that man.”

Deeds you do in this night is better than the deeds you do in more than 1000 months (around 83 years and 4 months). It’s a gift for shorter lives to catch up ibadah with previous nations that lived long lives.

During the time of Allah’s Messenger,The Arabs would say; “I will be your friend for 1000 months” = meaning, ‘I will be your friend, always.’
So this could ayah could mean that The Night of Qadr is better than all times.

scholars commented that if you have broken up with someone i.e. A relative, a Muslim friend etc. – then this is the best night to do the good/khayr of uniting with them and removing the hard feelings between each other.

4. The angels and the Spirit descend in it with every decree, by the permission of their Lord.
 Tanazzalu almala-ikatu waalrroohu feeha bi-ithni rabbihim min kulli amrin

The angels and the Spirit-Ruh-(Jibril with Flags) descend in it with every decree, by the permission of their Lord meaning, the angels descend in abundance during the Night of Al-Qadr due to its abundant blessings.

.bi idhni Rabihim.. by the permission of their Master.

The angels descend with the descending of blessings and mercy, just as they descend when the Qur'an is recited, they surround the circles of Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and they lower their wings with true respect for the student of knowledge.

Jibril repeats his Sunnah every year, of coming down on the day the Qur’an was first revealed.

5. That Night is peace, until the rising of the dawn.
Salamun hiya hatta matlaAAi alfajri

The entire Night, from evening till morning, is peace, free from every evil and mischief.
The angels pass by the believers doing worship and give Salaam [prayers of peace] to every single one of them individually. What an honour.

This is a month, the 1st part of which brings Allah's Mercy, the middle of which brings Allah's forgiveness and the last part of which brings releasing from hellfire."

So what is it that brings releasing from hellfire...?

This is why Allah says;
'When Allah completed the creation, He wrote in His Book which is with Him on His Throne, 'My Mercy overpowers My Anger.'

The Dua for Laytul Qadr to recite alot:
Allahumma innaka 'a-fuw-wun tuhib-bul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni'
O Allah You are The One Who forgives, and loves to forgives, so forgives me

‘afuw (root: ain fa wow) means to wipe away without a trace Al-’Afuw is one of the majestic names of Allah. You can read more about it here.

al-’Afuw: This is another aspect of forgiveness
This name occurs in the Qur’an 5 times and 4 of these times, it is linked with Al-Ghafoor. Literally the word ‘Afw means “to release” “to heal”, “to restore”, “to remit”, to leave, neglect (pardon), to wipe away, and to increase.

As for ‘afw’ its verb is ‘aafa’ which means to exempt, to kindly indulge, to kindly overlook (a wrong), to reduce a price.  When Allah grants afw to a servant it means at least two things. One, Allah disregards his wrongs out of kindness and two, Allah exempts him from some burdens once the servant thinks that he cannot bear it easily enough and respectfully protests his weakness.

On a large scale afw becomes ‘aafiya’ and it applies to a life free from too much trouble and suffering as well as exemption from burdens Allah could impose but out of kindness did not. Hence we hear the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him praying “Allahumma inni as’alukal-afwa wal aafiya fee deenee wa dunyaya wa- a-akhira

'Aafiyah is Allah's defence of His servant from things like disease and tribulation. 'Afu is the one who possesses great 'afw.

And 'afiyaa-til 'abdaani is used in salawat tibbi;
Allahumma salli 'ala sayyidina Muhammadin  tibbil-qulubi wa dawa'iha wa  'afiyaa-til 'abdaani wa shifaa'iha wa nuril-absaari wa dhiyaa'iha wa 'ala 'alihi wa sahbihi was-sallim

O Allah convey Your Peace to our master Muhammad  and the family of Muhammad bless him, who is the medicine and remedy for our hearts,  the health and healing of our bodies, and the light and radiance of our eyes and bless his companions with peace.

The Name 'afw implies that He ignores the sins of the servant. He knows the sins (you must know them before you can make 'afw of them) but He does not call the servant to account for it. The servant is deserving of punishment, and Allah has full ability to punish His servants, but Allah does 'afw for them. It is more than just pardoning or covering it up, it is wiping it away completely

So it means or asking Allah, “to release us from the burden of punishment due to our sins and mistakes”, “to restore our honour after we have dishonoured ourselves by committing sins and making mistakes.” Sometimes in the Qur’an both names: ‘Afuw and Ghafoor come together.

When the Name is paired with Al-Ghafoor, we see an extra level of forgiveness. Al-Ghafoor is the One who forgives no matter how large the sin. When we look back at the original supplication, we see a more profound meaning.

al-Ghafoor: The most Forgiving
This name occurs in the Qur’an more than seventy times. There are other names from the same root, such as Ghafir and Ghaffar. The meaning of the “ghafara” is to cover, to hide and from it comes the meaning “to excuse”, “to pardon”, “to remit” and “to forgive”. Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala does all these things. In the Qur’an, it is mentioned that Allah does not forgive shirk (without repentance) but He may forgive every other sin for whomsoever He wills. (al-Nisa’ 4:116) We must turn to Allah to seek His forgiveness.

In spite of that warning, He wipes our sins away for us, no matter how major they are. Not only does He wipe them away, but He loves to wipe them away.

27th Night why
Laylatul Qadr has 9 letters. is mentioned 3 times in this surah. 9 x 3 = 27 This surah has 30 words in it (like 30 days in a month). But the 27th word is hiyya [meaning 'it'].  implies that this word is the 27th word out of the 30, the same way the 27th night is the night of Qadr out of the 30 nights.

What are the signs or indications that it’s  Laytul Qadr
"Laylatul-Qadr is calm and pleasant, neither hot nor cold; the sun arises on its morning being feeble and red."

1--Peaceful, tranquil quiet night. You do not hear the barking of dogs, donkey's don't brae, or the sound of the cockerel.
Hadith - If you hear the barking of a dog or the braying of a donkey at night, seek refuge in Allah from Satan the devil, because they see what you do no see"  and "When you hear a rooster crowing, then ask Allah for His Bounties, for it has seen an angel. As such, given the abundance of angels on Laylatul Qadr, it is likely that you would not hear very many dogs barking and donkeys braying, but may notice roosters crowing a lot more. However, remember that this is not some sort of fool proof major sign.

Salamun hiya hatta matlaAAi alfajri
That Night is peace, until the rising of the dawn.
The entire Night, from evening till morning, is peace, free from every evil and mischief.

 2--Rain may fall either during the night or during the day of that night.- there is rain. This is one of the signs of Laylatul Qadr. – Soft or gentle rain.

3--During night the sky will be lightly foggy - there are very few clouds in the sky and very little wind.

4--The angels and Gabriel all descend down onto earth for many blessings and people experience a pleasant breeze or a pleasant wind which they enjoy which they like.

5-- The sun rises early in the morning without rays and The sky will be slightly lighted without reflections and without rays.  – meaning the disc of the sun is seen without strong rays or is without any rays. The disc is a clear disc when it rises in the morning. The sun at sunrise would appear reddish and without its normal blazing and sharp rays.

“By the One in Whose Hand my soul is, the Night of Qadr is so heavy on the disbeliever and hypocrite that it feels like a mountain on his back.”

"Whosoever offers nafil prayers during the Night of Power out of belief and expecting from Allah its reward will have his past sins forgiven."  Hadith
