Day 19 Ramadhan - Step 22
Step 22 – Sufi Ramadhan Secrets and Gems by ~Sajad Ali~
This Formula based on Imam Jafar Sadiq on finding Laylatul Qadr Night:
Arif-Billah Khwaja Abul Hasan Kharkani (rahmatullah alahay) mentioned that he did not missed the Night of Power (Laylatul Qadr) since his adolescence age based on the instruction/ quotations of Imam Jafar Sadiq (rahmatullahi alaihi).
According to him, the night of Power will be on the following: If first day of Ramadan starts on Monday, the night of Power will be on 21st Ramadan, I've summarised the rest below;
Monday = 21st night
Tuesday = 27th night
Wednesday = 29th night
Thursday = 25th Night
Friday = 27th Night
Saturday = 23rd Night
Sunday = 29th night
Yet an another Formula based on Shaykh Muhyiddin Ibn al-‘Arabi on finding Laylatul Qadr Night:
Shaykh Muhyiddin Ibn al-‘Arabi (al-Hatimi) outlined a method of catching this night, the conclusion of which is, if the first day of Ramadan is a Friday, then (most likely) Laylat ul-Qadr will fall on the night of the 29th and if the first day of Ramadan is a Thursday, then (most likely) it will fall on one of the tenth nights (20th or 30th) I've summarised the rest below;
Monday = 19th night
Tuesday = 25th night
Wednesday = 17th night
Thursday = 20/30th Night
Friday = 29th Night
Saturday = 21st Night
Sunday = 27th night
Shaykh Ahmadou Bamba (founder of Muridiyya Tariqah) says Laylatul Qadr is dependent on the start of Ramadan, so if the 1st night of Ramadan is Sunday then Layatul Qadr is 27th night, see below for days;
*based on this 1st night of Ramadan was Thursday so tonight 23rd Night is Laylatul Qadr*
Monday = 19th night
Tuesday = 25 night
Wednesday = 17th night
Thursday = 23rd Night
Friday = 29th Night
Saturday = 21st Night
Sunday = 27th night
